Trulia Contest - Share Your Area's Hidden Gems!

Share your area's best local spots on your Trulia Blog and you could win a Dash Express GPS!

Everyone has their favorite local secret spots.  Now when you blog about them on your Trulia blog you can enter to win a Dash Express GPS device. 

Your hidden gems can be anything - your favorite local burger joint,the awesome boutique down the street, your top secret bike path or yourpersonal mechanic. Anything that's not well known in your neighborhoodthat you love is fair game!

We recently released Trulia in your car,which is built for Dash, and I can tell you from personal experiencethat the Dash rocks!  You can see a video of the Express in action onour Trulia in your car page.

How to enter the Hidden Gems Contest (it's easy, I promise):

• Step 1:  Write a blog post about your favorite local hidden spot on your Trulia blog.
• Step 2:  Choose the "In My Neighborhood" category for your post (you don't have to mention anywhere in the post that its for the contest).
• Step 3:  Publish your post for all to enjoy.
• Step 4:  Send an email to hiddengems@trulia.com with the URL of your blog post.
• Step 5:  Repeat!  You can enter as many posts as you like to increase your chances of winning.

That's all there is to it!

Other Important stuff about the Hidden Gems Contest:

• The contest is open from Wednesday, September 24 until Saturday, October 11.
• All blog posts in the "In My Neighborhood" category that areemailed to hiddengems@trulia.com will automatically be entered in thecontest.
• Posts will be evaluated on originality, detail, respect for the topic and creativity.
• The posts will be judged by the Community Managers from Trulia&Dash and Peter Ha from CrunchGear.
• The winner will be annouced on or before November 8.
