Last week, we featured Mecklenburg County Farmers Market Fall Bounty in Charlotte, NC , from there we went to Huntersville Davidson, NC - Eating in Season as well as Cabarrus County Farmers Markets: Concord & Harrisburg, NC - Harvest Gala east of Charlotte. West of town, we got some fresh finds at the Mt Holly & Lincolnton Markets - and then travelled to the markets south of Charlotte Matthews, Pineville and Mint Hill - Flavor & Quality This weekend, our focus on Farmers Markets takes us across state lines into Rock Hill's Old Town Market in South Carolina, Rock Hill’s Old Town Market in SC. where we'll find the Market Grand Finale, Main Street Live + York County 7th Annual Blues & Jazz Festivale in Full Swing.


Davidson Farmer’s Market

Next to Davidson Town Hall between Main and Jackson Streets, Davidson, NC 28036

The Davidson Market is a producer-only, year-round market featuring more than 35 farmers and local producers from within a 100 mile radius. Saturday mornings the Main Street gathering place comes alive with friendly meetings, healthy food and conversations and learning about food, agriculture and nutrition. There are often Chef Demonstrations and activities for the kids.

April – October: Saturdays 8am to 12pm, weekly
November – March, Saturday, 9am to 12pm, bi-weekly
