Denver's Ballpark Neighborhood

Colorado residents are outdoorsy. We like to ski, hike and bike-and we also love to support our local athletic teams. We are lucky to have NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB teams. If you love sports enough to literally live and breath your team, Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood is a great spot for you.

The Colorado Rockies are Denver’s baseball team and their stadium, Coors Field, is right in the middle downtown. If moving to Denver you should know about the Rockies: their colors are purple and black, their mascot is a purple dinosaur named Dinger, and they are almost without fail disappointing, but we love them anyways.

The area around Coors Field is filled with nightlife and converted luxury lofts. On one side of the stadium is LoDo, and on the other side is the Ballpark neighborhood. If you want to live by the stadium, you don’t actually have to look exclusively in the area labeled Ballpark. Right near the stadium you’ll find The Tavern, which has a great rooftop bar and One Up, a bar dedicated to arcade games. If you like action, and baseball, you’ll like this part of town. Plus you can walk everywhere- imagine not having to find parking or worry about who is driving after enjoying the baseball game.

This used to be Denver’s warehouse district so you’ll find old factory space converted into luxury developments. Their names sometimes tell you what they used to be, and if they don’t, then there is probably signage outside.

Icehouse Lofts
The building that now houses the Icehouse Lofts was built around the turn of the 20th century and was originally used as a cold food storage warehouse. Now the building has been converted into luxury lofts. The lofts are spacious and open with wood flooring and wood paneled ceilings. Here your luxury loft will be only two blocks from Coors Field! Go Rockies!

Stadium Lofts
The Stadium loft were converted into 48 luxury loft residences in 1995, but the building they are in was built in 1916. Each luxury loft has high ceilings and great views! There is even a common rooftop deck. At this development you are just one block from Coors Field. Support your local sports teams and contact Luis Gonzalez at (877) 852-6636 for your home-run luxury loft!
