The location is good, but the house is a bit outdated. Make sure to check property management company's reputation before making any decision. Tenant will interact with management company directly. Management company without professional courtesy will result in tremondeous amount of frustration especially after you give notice not to extend a lease. They will assign so many agents for one house and each agents wants to show the property without consulting tenants. Tenant's right has been overlooked or violated during this process. Some property management company do not care at all about tenants as they are getting paid by the owner of the house. However, what the company did not consider is that the tenant's rent made that possible...
