like to share things that aren't just real estate, because I believe there's a lot of things worth sharing.

One of my assistants is speaking in Nashville on June 18. He's leading a panel that will discuss veteran suicide and a few ways we can get involved in these veteran's lives.  He's very well spoken and I know it'll be a great event.

The panel will consist of himself, Noah Currier of Oscar Mike, Ralph Randolph from The Devil's Ride, and Zachary Bell of Courage Beyond.  If you have the time, you should reserve a seat and check it out.  Please pass this along

King Street is full of great restaurants.  Recently, a podcast called The Capital Experience did an episode with Flat Iron co-owner Jon Rennich and spoke to him about his vision for the relatively new restaurant and the best way to experience your time there. Listen to it here.

King Street is very well known for having no shortage of restaurant choices with everything from seafood to Irish Pub dining available. At only 9 months old, the vision of Flat Iron was to be King Streets first genuine steak house. The feedback shows that they have hit there mark and are becoming a new staple to the area and quickly forming their own identity. This transition has been made even easier due to the vast comradery between the businesses in Alexandria, with them all focused on delivering the best experience possible together rather than simply competing.

If you've never been to Flat Iron, you must try it out.  Have you already been? What did you think?

Remember to listen to the podcast!
