Pending Sales - 23
Homes Sold - 17
There's just under 4 months inventory.
Condominiums:
New Listings - 57
Price Reductions - 33
Pending Sales - 16
Condos Sold - 35
In anticipation of year's end, families are agreeing to price reductions to bring about a sale. This is probably a good decision given that there's slightly less than an 11-month supply of condominiums.
