is located in the North Loop of downtown Minneapolis, also known as the warehouse district. It's one of three newer construction buildings all built by Schaeffer Richardson in the ealy to mid 2000's as the condo and loft craze was just getting started. The variety of North Loop condos
centers around mostly conversions and of the 20+ buildings in the neighborhood less than half are new construction. 730 Lofts has an industrial feel and features concrete floors, tall ceilings, exposed duct work, over-sized windows and all the homes have balconies or patios on the first level. 730 Lofts offers the residents professional management through Gittleman
which manages a majority of buildings downtown. It also offers a fitness room, heated underground parking and a community room.
The 730 Lofts is a pet friendly building and an attractive option for dog owners with the North Loop dog park just a block away on 3rd Street behind the Herschel Lofts
. The North Loop has also been an increasingly popular neighborhood where housing options are somewhat limited these days. The vacancy rate on rentals, as of today, hovers around 1.5% which is very low. As rental prices have been pushed up in the area a boost to sales will likely follow soon. The nightlife is enjoyable and the options continue to grow. For now some of the neighborhood favorites are The Loop, Origami for sushi, Haute Dishe and Bunkers for live music. Of course, the Minnesota Twins play close by at Target Field and attending a game is a fantastic experience.
