Wow! This is a first experience for us. Thankfully we have a good Realtor that has been doing this for many years.

I live in Branson, home of the live entertainment capital of the world. I've been here around 20 years now and have seen so much change and grow over the years. So it's been a good run for us.

My family is growing as I now have 3 kids and we are needing more room. Do toys pile up in heaps at your house like it does mine? We have so much stuff it's amazing. And with a growing family it seems I need a growing house too!

I love my house though. It is such a great neighborhood. It's quiet and peaceful yet only less than 10 minutes from downtown Branson. The families in the neighborhood have become great friends with each other and it's sad we are going to have to start over again in a new neighborhood but such is life.

The house is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a 2 car garage. It has tile in the entry, dining room, ktichen, and baths. The tile is only a year old and was professionally installed. Our deck is actually twice the size of the normal house plans because the original couple that built it wanted a little more room. And boy has it been great to have! I recently just power washed it, stained it, and sealed it and it looks absolutely brand new.

Right now the walls are a taupe color and we will be painting those back to white. I know it's hard to imagine how it would look for you with a different color on the walls than a neutral so we want to be sensitive to our buyer's needs. Let me see. Oh yeah! We had the kitchen counter tops replaced two weeks ago and they look amazing! The kitchen sink is only a year old too. In the bathrooms I replaced both faucets for the sinks with new ones. And in the master bathroom I replaced the sink, faucet, and toilet just a year ago.

In regards to the yard and driveway, we are one of the few homes that have a completely level driveway and a very light slope to the front yard. The back yard is very spacious and our lot is one of the largest in the subdivision going back the length of 4 homes up Shiloh (you would have to see map/plot which I have) -  WE ARE ALSO OFFERING A BUYERS 1YR HOME WARRANTY FREE!

Flower beds have been replanted in the front of the house. Spring is here! So please check back soon. I would love to hear from you with your questions/comments and tips on how to sell my home. Again, this is our first rodeo in this arena.

Thanks for reading!

Danny and Amanda
