Last month the Refuge Golf course in Lake Havasu City was sold in foreclosure to a local company. Today, our local newspaper reported that the new owners have some new proposed plans for the gated golf course community. They recently shared this visions with Refuge homeowners which, some were not very excited!

The new plan proposes to cut back the golf course, add a very high end and exclusive RV Park to the community, and build a multi-use theater for the performing arts.
