Solebury tops in Bucks $ales volume

The monthly sales statistics for September show that Solebury Township has taken over as the sales volume leader in Bucks County, knocking Northampton Township from the top spot.

Solebury had 18 sales for a September volume of $11,983,400. The average sale price was $665,744 and days on market was 127.

Second place went to Lower Makefield Township with sales volume of $11,399,900. The average price for 28 sales was $404,996 and days on market was 59.

Northampton’s monthly volume for 29 sales was $11,094,225, with the average sale price at $382,559 and days on market at 47.

Fourth place went to Buckingham for 21 sales worth $11,036,500. The average sale price was 525,547 with 70 days on the market.

Middletown claimed fifth place with a volume of $10,550,500 for 35 sales. The average sales price was $301,442 and days on market was 43, the lowest number of the top five finishers.

One stat of note, Bensalem had the highest number of sold houses in Bucks County last month with 43.
