What's a Local Spotlight Ad? It's one of the exciting features we launched with Trulia Pro. It's a great way for real estate professionals, or even just local advertisers to get their brand out there. The ads, which are just simple text plus a photo, can link wherever you'd like them to link (e.g., your website, your blog, your Trulia Profile), and you can target your ad to up to 20 locations -- making sure that you're targeting the users who matter the most to you. So what's new? Yesterday we launched some great new pages on local real estate trends. Since these pages include very localized content, we decided to show local advertisements on them. So, if you're a Trulia Pro customer, and you select Boston as one of your 20 locations, your ad will not only show on the Boston search page, but it will also show on these pages on Trulia:
