With the change in the market place as we know it, and the lowest DOW in the past several years we need a true investment to maximize our gain in market share.   As an investor and a tax specialist in my opinion Real Estate is a tried and true investment. The old addage Location, Location, Location rings true in most peoples minds ....however it is true. When the housing market  is down that is the best time to buy. And for maximum increase the location of the purchase is the most important component for the highest yield. Now may not be the time to release funds from your stock market account but as it climbs and you see an increase in your portfolio I suggest cashing some in and investing in REAL ESTATE...a solid investment!
