As is her wont, The Punter goes off the beaten path this week to the Richmond's reborn version of Hong Kong Lounge. Alice Wong's famous restaurant may be a distant memory, but a new, similarly-named Hong Kong-style restaurant recently opened in its old location: "The new owner and his managers, all experienced professionals, not only redecorated but rethought, taking out the bar to expand seating in the front dining room and lowering prices, to attract volume and regularly returning diners."
