LAS VEGAS—San Francisco's very own Martin Yan—he can cook—has been out of the news lately, but the celebrity chef is opening a new restaurant, in Vegas of all places, according to Robin Leach, of all people: "[Yan] told me that he would be opening his first Asian restaurant here in Las Vegas later this year at the new Tivoli Village at Queensridge in Summerlin."
