A Curbed reader forwards the following broker communique: "Hi [redacted], You previously attended a open house I conducted at 96 Schermerhorn Street PH-E and I want to inform you that this property has just had a $25,000 price improvement. Let me know if you are still interested in this one of a kind studio in Brooklyn Heights." Opines our reader, "Just thought you'd enjoy the euphemism 'price improvement.' First time I've heard that."
