HOLLYWOOD: Soon to arrive in Hollywood: Two more Spacecraft-designed bars. First up is Boho in the former Charcoal space near the Arclight; next, meet Hollywood Blvd gastropub The Essex. Both are expected to open first week of March.
DOWNTOWN: Eater takes a sneak peek at Corkbar, opening in the EVO Lofts near the Staples Center. Expect 40 wines by the glass; and a lunch and dinner menu inspired by local farmer's markets.
SANTA MONICA: Newly open in Santa Monica, bakery and cafe Huckleberry made its debut this week (owners are also behind Rustic Canyon). Another one that opened this week: Santa Monica Seafood's new locale on Wilshire and 10th.
