A little information about Janet:
Janet loves sharing in the excitement of helping families find that perfect
home. Whether they are a first time buyer, looking for a second home, or
considering investment property, her experience and dedication assures
successful results. She understands the importance of their decision, as well as
the many details associated with buying a home and property. From search to
closing, she will be there throughout the entire process.
Janet takes
great pride in carefully crafting the perfect home buying experience to your
needs. Her experience spans many areas from Legal Assistant to Vice President of
an International Medical Software Company.
While interior design and
coordination are delightful strong points, she has also designed and carried
through to completion home construction and financing.
Born in the Pee
Dee area of South Carolina, Janet attended Francis Marion College before moving
to Columbia to begin a career with I.B.M.
In the 1980’s, she co-founded
the computer software firm Professional Electronics. Professional Electronics
was later merged with a national medical company, Cine-Cath Imaging and Janet
assumed a lead managerial role with the combined firm. Later, Cine-Cath was
acquired by a division of General Electric and Janet co-founded Medical Dynamics
with executives of the prior company.
Her long work experience in many
facets of business up to the Vice President level often acquiring properties,
building businesses and working with the buying and selling process, puts her in
a unique position to serve you in your Real Estate transactions.
She
enjoys working with families with extremely modest needs up to any level
desired. A true down to earth and honest person that will take your interest to
heart.
Janet and her husband are lifelong residents of S.C., have lived in Lexington over 22 years and have one son, an avid soccer player throughout his school years, and who recently graduated from the University of South Carolina, home of the GAMECOCKS! They enjoy Gamecock sports, particularly football, and boating/sailing on beautiful Lake Murray.
