Nature Walk is a great concept in a premium location.  The community is located near WaterColor Florida and Hwy 30a in Seagrove Beach Florida.  The community was started at the absolute worst time and has recently changed hands.  The new owner/developer is Kolter.  Kolter is a large development company with big plans for Nature Walk.

I am very excited to see what happens with Nature Walk in 2012.  I have seen advertising stating that homes will be available in the 300s.  This is a great price point for this area and I welcome the opportunity to show Nature Walk Homes, Condos and Lots to my clients.  If you are a Real Estate buyer and interested in homes on Hwy 30A, you should put Nature Walk on your Radar.  I will keep this blog updated as new developments occur.  Please call me if you would like more info on Nature Walk.
