No bathroom wall or door! $534,000 does seem high for this house although I have not seen it myself. With that address it probably does not have ocean views. I also think that this property is bank owned and those are usually at a less expensive price. It is 2500 square feet on a large lot of over 7000 sq ft. The Cape Cod homes in that area are selling for just around $400,000 ( with 1220 square feet ) and the roof is quite common in that neighborhood.These homes were built in the early 50's mainly for veterans returning from the war. They are sturdy homes and varied views plus street location makes a difference.
