Exciting News! Bill passed to extend and expand Home Buyers Tax Credit. Now Mr. President needs to sign. Can't imagine he wouldn't sign in. Now you'll have up to $8000 tax credit for first time home buyers or someone who hasn't bought in the past 3 years - extended to April 2010.
