I wanted to share that last week we had the specialists from CDPE come up to our market center from Florida to not just educate us on the market conditions that are rapidly approaching the Westchester County area but to teach us and guide us how to be the best Realtors we can be to help and reach out to help homeowners who may feel that they do not have a way out or options.

Well, folks there are plenty of options out there for homeowners who are finding themselves in trouble and the first thing you need to do is to hire and work with reputable professionals that know how to handle situations like these and can offer options and not dead ends.  Most and all homeowners are losing their homes because they are not educated enough on what options they have and also are so frightened about the thought of loosing their homes that they ignore the signs and think that the issue will resolved itself.  For sure that will not happen! Reaching out to your local Real Estate Expert who has your best interest at heart is the best way to start.  In today's tough economy and the housing market shifting so rapidly just keep in mind that there are pleanty of options and ways to not loose your home.  This is why I decided to invest my time in receiving the CDPE designation so I can help and guide my clients and all people through this market.  If I can help one family and educated them it will be the most rewarding thing I can do.  I want to help homeowers today and always.  There is only one reason why I love what I do everyday is to help people.  That is the passion that I have!  The most rewarding feeling to me is when I know that I have made my clients dreams come true or help someone that was in clear need of guidance out of trouble is so amazing!  Helping people is the key to my success and will always remain why I am so passionate about why I am so proud to call myself a Realtor.  

I am proud to have my CDPE designation.  Not only do you get your designation but you truly get monthly coaching calls and truly guidance on keeping up with what the current market is doing.  Kudo's to the CDPE trainers!  They were great!
