The short sale process is not an easy one to handle. You need to have patience and be able to give up control. You as the buyer have no control over anything after you submit your offer. There is a lot of waiting and hoping that everyone is doing there jobs behind the scenes. If the numbers work for the bank than you are good but waiting is the hardest part.The approvals come without notice and the buyer has to jump to get things done. You hope your home inspectors are , available you finish your loan process and hopefully go to closing.
