This morning, I see that the median asking price for new cooplistings in Greenpoint is $555k, up from $4450k a few weeks ago. This probably indicates the presence of more two and three bedroom unots on the market. At the same time, asking price per square foot is not increasing here, so you may see value in some larger apartments.
