Yes, we are STILL offering financing for non-warrantable condos. Keep in mind these are underwritten on a case-by-case basis. If it'sÂ a true n-w, only ARM's are available and investment properties are extremely difficult. There are also other avenues to get your deal approved by Fannie Mae and therefore, conventional financing is available.
I specialize in these types of deals andÂ work with multiple lenders for them. I prefer to do the due diligence up-front to make sure there are little (to no) headaches at the end.
Juse because the bank denied your deal doesn't mean it can't be done!
