If you have not seen or heard the news about being a first home buyer and getting a check prior to closing or as a credit next year (YOUR CHOICE), I am here to help. I am willing to help all first home buyers or any home buyers that have not owned a home for at least 3 years. Here is what you need to do to qualify:

1. Have a property address of the home you want to buy
2. Single income under $75,000 or Dual income under $150,000
3. First Home Buyer or Have not owed a home for at least 3 years
4. Fill out the IRS form (which I will give you) and submit this form prior to the settlement of your home.
5. Wait for the check (or just file for next year as a credit if you do not need the money now)
6. Buy a home BEFORE December 1st 2009
