Jennifer Aniston Sells her Beverly Hills Home

Jennifer AnistonFortune appears to be looking favorably on former Friends star Jennifer Aniston. She appears to be content with the new leading man in her life, fellow actor Justin Theroux, her role in the to-be-released film Horrible Bosses as a dentist who sexually harasses her assistant is already generating buzz, and she just sold her Beverly Hills pad for an undisclosed, yet likely very large, sum of cash.

She put the home on the market just over 3 months ago for $42 million and the L.A. Times reports that it was purchased for somewhere between $37 and $38 million. Considering that she bought the place for just $13.5 million in 2006, that’s a very nice profit.

The Zen space is 10,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 8 full baths, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. Floor to ceiling windows feature 180 degree views from down town all the way to the Pacific, and give guests a glimpse of the gorgeous surrounding grounds that include an infinity-edged pool.

I think it's very sad that Jen sold this beautiful home, which she remodeled with love, for her new man. Obviously, by looking at their new home, he's got very different taste (terrible). He'll leave her -- anytime now -- and her dream home will be gone. So sad.
