Sims is Selling! Molly Sims Lists her L.A. Home for $2.825 Million

Molly Sims
Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, and former host of MTV’s House of Style, Molly Sims, is selling her own house of serene sophistication for almost double what she paid for it. Sims, who has made her most recent screen appearances on the celebrity style docudrama, The Rachel Zoe Project, purchased the home for $1.425 million back in 2003, and she made an unsuccessful attempt to unload the property for $3 million back in 2008. This time around she’s reduced the asking price of her fab Hollywood Hills habitat by 5% to $2.825 million.

The Spanish style, single family home, built in 1939 but recently restored, is as stunning as Sims herself. The open floor plan spans 3,043 square-feet, and the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 1 partial bath, a state-of-the-art kitchen with a full size wine refrigerator, and beautiful French doors that afford spectacular city views.

Outdoors, covered patios, a vine covered gazebo, and a gorgeous grey bottom pool provide protection from that hot L.A. sunshine.
