Robbie Williams, former member of British boy band Take That and successful solo artist in the States, has clearly saved up some dough from his days crooning. The singer just listed his seven-bed, 11-bath home for sale in Beverly Hills, CA. Located in the exclusive Mulholland Estates neighborhood, the home comes with an asking price of $11 million. Robbie bought the home back in 2002 for $5.45 million from country star Clint Black and stands to make a pretty significant profit if it sells at the listing price. But where is the pop star headed? Not too far, apparently, because last year he bought an even fancier property in Beverly Hills for a whopping $32.67 million (that’s not a typo!).
Built in 1992, the 10,681-square-foot property is a traditional-style estate overlooking the city, mountains, and canyons of Los Angeles, CA. With high ceilings, spacious rooms, and endless space for entertaining, the home is ideal for any frequent host or hostess. In the backyard, a spacious, grassy lawn and two terraced patios complement a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and living area.
On the main floor, guests are welcomed into a towering two-story entry that leads into the living room, continuing on through the study, formal dining room, and gym/media room. The roomy kitchen has a comfortable breakfast area, as well as a butler’s pantry for extra storage. Upstairs, the luxurious master suite has its own patio and stunning views, and according to The Wall Street Journal, Robbie’s very own recording studio. There are also four en-suite family rooms, a two-room guest suite, and maid’s quarters.
Robbie may be a Beverly Hills boy these days, but he hasn’t forgotten his native land across the pond. He still owns a home in London, England, that he bought in 2014 for ￡17 million (about $23.039 million). It seems that property has caused quite a storm with the neighbors (including Led Zeppelin’s Jimmy Page) because construction took over a year. And then there’s his British country estate, where neighbors were peeved because Robbie wanted to build a 2-meter fence (ah, the Brits and their metric system) around his property. Maybe he should just stay in Beverly Hills, where gated communities are all the rage!
