Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green Sell Los Feliz Home

The beautiful star pair moves for more family space.

The genetically gifted married duo of Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox just sold their equally attractive Los Feliz mansion for $3.75 million. They were originally asking $3.95 million.

The couple recently welcomed their second child together, a baby boy named Bohdi Ransom Green. They also have a nearly 2-year-old son named Noah, and Green is also dad to son Kassius, 11, with ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil.

With a house teeming with young kids, and every room in the four-bedroom place filled, Megan and Brian decided to list the eclectic Los Feliz estate and move on to other — bigger — digs. They bought a home in Toluca Lake, CA, that was formerly Bing Crosby’s carriage house. They paid $3.35 million for the four-bedroom, six-bathroom, 6,710-square-foot home.

Built in 1936, their just-sold home is a modern fortress. Walled for complete privacy, the home is an exquisitely remodeled Mediterranean villa with explosive unobstructed views of downtown Los AngelesLong Beach, CA, Century City, CA, and all the way to the Pacific Ocean.

With over 5,300 square feet of living space and a large, beautifully landscaped yard and gorgeous pool, the Greens’ for-sale four-bedroom, five-bath home blends Old World architecture with 21st-century technology, including a fully wired sound system, audio and video surveillance systems, and Nest thermostats.

The stunning interiors have hand-distressed wood floors and refurbished, one-of-a-kind antique lighting. The main floor comprises a spacious living room and family room with floor-to-ceiling French doors that open to expansive covered balconies and the city below, perfect for alfresco dining and additional living space. The dining and breakfast rooms flow into a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Megan and Brian bought the home on December 18, 2009, for $2.94 million and went on to furnish it in a funky, yet chic, vibe.

Brenda Catalano of Coldwell Banker was the listing agent.
