Scott Disick Drops $5.96 Million On (Another) Bachelor Pad

Days after a dramatic confrontation on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” Lord Disick starts fresh with a massive new home.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians pseudovillain Scott Disick has a new bachelor pad. (Yes, another one.) This time, however, he snapped up a home for sale in Hidden Hills, CA.

The drama-prone reality star, who recently split from the mother of his three children, Kourtney Kardashian (and promptly took up with a Swedish model), dropped $5.96 million on the seven-bed, seven-bath Cape Cod–style home. But it was originally priced at $6.495 million, so Lord Disick was able to negotiate a significant price drop. Hey, even royalty loves a bargain.

The 8,110-square-foot home, which was built in 1975, was recently expanded and remodeled. Bright and sunny with beautiful views, the very private home — not that Disick is one to shun the paparazzi — is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Featuring an open floor plan, the home has a brand-new chef’s kitchen that opens to a large family room, which will come in handy when his three kids come by. There are living and formal dining rooms, which open to each other for casual entertaining, a second family room in the downstairs children’s wing, and a bonus loft in the upstairs children’s wing. That’s right: multiple children’s wings. Somehow, we doubt that Disick’s kids will be crashing on bunk beds.

The main living area features six bedrooms, including the master suite with a balcony, new bath, and big dual closets, which can house Lord Disick’s lovely array of ascots and smoking jackets. A separate guest suite is accessible from outside the home, so we’re guessing that’s where Disick’s crew of servants will stay. And in true SoCal style, the lushly landscaped grounds include a large pool, spa, lawn, patios, fire pit, and basketball area.

There’s quite a lot of activity in the Kardashian-Disick real estate world, which features more buying and selling than an episode of The Price Is Right. Back in 2014, Disick and then-girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian bought a sprawling, 11,747-square-foot home in Calabasas, CA, for $8.495 million from ESPN analyst Keyshawn Johnson. Unfortunately, that didn’t turn out to be a dream house for the pair, due to Disick’s various substance-abuse issues. (He checked into rehab back in October 2015.) Prior to that, the couple lived in another home, which Disick famously described as a fusion of Alice in Wonderland and Beetlejuice. Bright side: At least this time he can decorate however he wants.
