Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Buy in Beverly Hills

The couple score a $13 million “starter” home amid engagement rumors.

Talk about a match made in Hollywood. Jason Statham, known for his role in flicks like Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels and The Transporter, has scored a Beverly Hills mega-mansion with his model/actress girlfriend (and possible fiancée?), Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

The five-bed, eight-bath spread, located in the highly coveted 90210 ZIP code, set the couple back to the tune of $12.995 million.

But it looks like the picture-perfect British pair are in it for the long haul; they recently celebrated five years together (Rosie declared her love via Instagram, obvi), and word is that lately she may be sporting an engagement ring the size of an ice rink.

Could there be wedding bells in Beverly Hills?

Interestingly enough, TMZ is reporting that the couple split the cost of the home 50/50. Could that be due to the fact that in addition to her modeling/acting career, Rosie is building a bit of an empire for herself as a lingerie designer?

The $13 million mansion is a perfect starter home for the genetically blessed couple. Built in 1983, the modern-style home combines warm wooden accent walls and high ceilings with a contemporary vibe. The 7,119-square-foot home also features eight parking spaces — perfect for an actor who stars in Fast and Furious 7.

The swimming pool with a flowing waterfall is also a main attraction of the home. And seeing as Statham spent 12 years sporting a Speedo on the British National Diving Team, that pool will come to good use.
