Erica Packer has just spent $13.5 million on a dazzling mansion in Bel Air!
The Australian singer and model is known around the world as the ex-wife of gaming billionaire, and one of Australia’s richest men, James Packer. After their fall 2013 divorce (and a rumored $100 million settlement), Erica is closing the book on her six-year marriage in style and is stepping out on her own by creating a new life for her and her three children in the US.
It was recently reported that Packer was renting a stunning Beverly Hills home for $100,000 a month. While she was working on securing an amazing rental, she also had her eye on a permanent place to put down roots, and found it in a 6-bedroom, 6.5 bathroom, 10,534 square foot gated estate in lower Bel Air. Originally listed for $14,950,000, Packer paid $13,500,000 and the deal closed on March 10, 2014.
