Carmen Electra Buys Mediterranean Villa

The bombshell nabs a new home in Los Angeles for $2.6 million.

Former Playboy model and star of the parody-film genre (you’ll know her best from Scary Movie, Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, and Disaster MovieCarmen Electra has just purchased a spectacular Neo-Mediterranean villa in Nichols Canyon, approximately eight minutes north of Sunset Boulevard, in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles for $2.68 million. Built in 1986, this exquisite four-bedroom, five-bathroom, 5,255-square-foot home features crisp custom details, fixtures, and finishes with a fully gated courtyard and turret-style entry. Three of the bedrooms include en-suite baths, while the fourth bedroom can serve as either a large office or a nursery. The luxurious gourmet kitchen opens into the breakfast room and family room, formal dining room, living room, and gym. Meanwhile, a large media room, game room, and one-bedroom suite open to the private pool and patio space. The home offers mountain views, excellent daylight, and soaring, beamed ceilings throughout. To help fund this new home, Electra sold her 2,506-square-foot Beverly Hills abode in April for a $2.4 million profit! Electra got $3.75 million for the three-bedroom, four-bathroom home she bought in 2002 for $1.35 million.
