I want to buy home with FHA Loan, and my understranding is you have to live in the house for one year before renting it out based on FHA rule.. I have a job offer from overseas and might relocate to
Australia for 2 years, but want to buy home before leaving.  Since I cannot rent the house I want to
have a primary residence in States, while overseas.  The only thing is I don't want my mail to pile up at home, so I want to rent a PO Box to forward my mail to it and they will forward it to me overseas.  But the question is this legal, since I will not live at home even though it will be my primary home and mail will be forwarded to a PO Box... I heard FHA does spot check (don't know what that means) or if my loan is sold to another bank that could spell trouble.. ..

Please let me know if this okay to do based on FHA rule...
