Q: What did the property sell for?
A: We won't know for sure what the property sold for until it closes escrow and the information is public. Often times this question is asked when a buyer is in multiple offers and gets the "Sorry, the seller accepted a different offer" response, prompting the question, WHY?
Hard to say for sure, but price and terms have a great deal to do with it. Regardless, while the offer might have gotten accepted at a certain price, who knows what will happen with the appraisal, the inspection, if any credits or repairs are requested, etc. -- ALL of which could affect the final selling price.
So until that deal is closed, we won't know for sure! If your curiosity is still peaked, scope out the sold price once the property has closed escrow, best time.
