University Park Real Estate Statistics - October 2011

University Park Real Estate has an amazing month of October! During October 2011, there were 29 University Park homes for sale that sold for a median price of $945,000 and a total sales volume of $34,458,580 (Yes, that is nearly $35.5 MILLION). In October 2010, there were only 16 University Park homes that sold at a median sales price of $754,950. That is an increase of just over 25% increase in median sales price.

There are currently 117 homes for sale in University Park, putting us at approximately 4 months of inventory based on October's sales with an average days on market of 107 days. By most standards, that puts University Park back into a seller's market.

Just Over 40% of the University Park homes for sale that sold during the month of October were priced between $500,000 and $1 million, with another 38% ranging in price from $1 million to $2 million.
