When is the RIGHT time to buy?

An up market or in a down market, every buyer asks this question. When is the RIGHT time to buy?
The answer is simple
:

Waiting to chase the market may result in a missed opportunity. When the market goes up, those who wanted to buy say "We should have bought then" It is important to know the inventory and more important to know when to act accordingly.

For the most part, newspaper headlines are true. However, the news is broad, vague and does not account for inner-city markets. You should not be using this information to make your personal investing decisions. You must ask yourself. Am I investing in a market? Or am I investing in a DEAL? If the deal is right and your exit strategy is clear, then the market conditions become much less relevant.

A recent quote by Warren Buffett, (as of 2011 is the 3rd most wealthiest person in the world) states: "Now’s the time to buy. In real estate and in life, it’s almost always best to act opposite to the herd."

*Under priced properties sell fast, over-priced properties can be negotiated and the homes that did not sell last year are still potentially available right now.

If you are interested in individual market conditions, I am glad to provide for you.
