November 2012 Market Report for the lower West Side Neighborhoods of Bend, Oregon

Here is the market report for neighborhoods of Bend’s lower west side. These are neighborhoods that are not located on Awbrey Butte.

Right now new listings are scarce and inventory remains very thin. This is leading to the rise in home prices in the Bend area. Core Logic reported recently that for October we had a 13.7% increase in home prices from a year ago and 1.9% from the previous month.
