Building lasting relationships by helping people move in and out of Metrowest Massachusetts for the last 23 years.
Harmony Estates in Hopedale Massachusetts
has approximately 150 homes! It is one of the largest developments in
the area. Harmony can be accessed from both Plain and Greene Street.
The Streets that compromise the Harmony Estates neighborhood include Harmony Trail, Rockridge Road, Gannett Way, Herron Lane, Forest Path, Haven Way, Liberty Cirlce, Larkin Lane, and Country Club Lane. Jackson Way will also be found within Harmony but is not part of the neighborhood.
Greene Mill Properties Inc was the builder of this fine neighborhood. The bulk of the homes in Harmony were built between 2000 and 2005.
The value of the homes in Harmony as of October 2008 would range
from the mid 400's up to the low 600's for a few select homes. The
majority of the properties in this neighborhood would have a value in
the
500's.

The homes range in size from around 2300 square feet and go all the way up to 4000 square feet. Most of the homes run between 2600 to 3000 square feet.
The minimum lost size in this subdivision is 40,000 square feet or just under and acre. There are some larger lots in select spots throughout the neighborhood.
The typical home has four bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths and a two car garage. There are a few homes with 3 car garages.
Harmony is an extremely popular neighborhood in Metrowest Massachusetts for a number of reasons. 1st and foremost you are able to get a newer quality built home with the type of amenities people want such as open floor plans with large kitchens and family rooms.
For the type of home you are getting, the price tag is very reasonable. There are not that many neighborhoods in the area where you can get almost new construction for the 500k price point.

Although there is duplication of home plans, the way the neighborhood was designed it is not readily apparent. There are numerous styling choices and the builder/developer mixed them throughout very well.
Harmony is exceptionally large when compared to other neighborhoods. Most of the subdivisions in the area do not exceed 75 homes!
Given the fact that in other parts of the country a 150 plus home neighborhood is common place, it is easy to see why Harmony is so popular.
For many of the relocating home buyers, this is the type of neighborhood they are accustomed to.

As a Realtor working in the Hopedale Real Estate market, I have always enjoyed marketing homes in Harmony Estates.
The homes sell themselves which makes my job a lot easier. I have had tremendous success over the years selling homes in Harmony.
For those not familiar with the area, Hopedale is a small town located between Milford, Mendon, and Upton. Hopedale does not have much of a downtown for shopping. Most major shopping would be done in neighboring Milford.
The subdivision is located about 8 miles from the 495 exits in Hopkinton. The Mass Pike is located one exit up on 495.
If you are looking for a young well built home around the middle $400K mark up to $600k, I would give this neighborhood a look.
Use the interactive Google map to locate the exact location and driving direction for this neighborhood.
