    In March of 2009 there were 7 homes that closed within the month for Holliston Massachusetts. This is a increase of 1 unit as there were 6 homes that closed in March of 2008.

    The Average list price for the homes that closed in Holliston for March of 2008 was $489,683

    The Average list price for the homes that closed in Holliston for March of 2009 was $344,029

    The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Holliston for March of 2008 was $467,583

    The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Holliston for March of 2009 was $326,557
