The Ashland Real Estate market was strong throughout the Summer and Fall months. There is nothing to indicate much will change in the months ahead other than the fact we are heading into a traditionally slower time of the year for home sales.

    Year to date sales through October are 108 for 2012. In 2011 at this same point in time there were only 72 home sales. As you can see from the data the Real Estate market has been much more vibrant than last. All indications are we may be near a market bottom.
