South Aurora Leads IN Home Resales

The southern part of Aurora reported a total of 1,595 sales of houses through July, according to Metrolist. However, the part of Boulder County just north of Boulder had the highest average sold price, showing that Boulder County housing market continues to be strong even in the economic downturn. The county’s plains area had an average sold price of $680,149, up from $579,868. A total of 19,138 houses sold from January through July across the metro area, for a total of $5.35 billion.
