Study ranks Denver #3 on the "Edge of Greatness" - New research commissioned by the makers of Edge® Shave Gel ranks and rates the top 50 US cities poised for greatness.  The findings, fielded by research firm Sperling's BestPlaces, examine five key areas of greatness, including sports, art, music, culture and cosmopolitan factors, like LEED certifications* and population growth.  Denver garnered a #3 spot on the list for:

1) Sporting a heavy interest in alternative sports such as the X Games, snowboarding and skateboarding
2) Featuring a high percentage of young, well-educated residents and a heavy focus on green building
3) Art and music scenes that are not to be underestimated, coming in the top 20 with potential to rise to the top in future studies

9News just did a news report on a local craigslist scam that involved homeowners and folks looking to rent a home.  I actually encountered this situation a couple months ago with a couple that had stop by a property that I was showing to clients.  When I spoke to the couple that had seen the home on craigslist, they had an ad in hand that advertised the property for a fraction of the actual rent price and included bogus photos.
