neighborhoods are comprised of homes built on larger than average lots between .39 and 1.75 acres. This means yards are typically large and often private backing to greenbelts
, parks or Slaughter Creek
. These homes were built between 1977 and 1999. The homes range in size from about1600SF up to 3700SF.These homes normally have at least a 2 car garage, but many have a 3-4 car garage.
There is a great HOA community pool
and multiple parks. The HOA is voluntary, until the homeowner joins the HOA. At that point its considered to be Mandatory for any subsequent homeowners of that particular property. So if your not currently a HOA member its not Mandatory.
