Appealing From the Curb

As a buyer or seller, adding curb appeal to your home is one of the greatest investments you can make.  Curb appeal is one of the strongest ways to draw people into your home. As a buyer, it is one of the most enticing ways to get you excited about the purchase of a new home and as a seller, it is a great tool to highlight the character of the home from the outside in.  This Spring, clear out all of the debris winter left behind, and add a little spunk to your home!

Paint Your Door
Doors are considered the gateway into the home, so why not give it the attention it deserves? Adding a fresh coat of paint or a whole new paint color to your front door, gives your home a new look for a small price

Green Grass

Nothing screams abandoned home quite like a dead lawn. If you are a seller, consider adding fresh sod to a lawn that has otherwise been neglected.  Adding new sod will give your yard the rich green texture it deserves!  For lawns with dry patches, add a little TLC such as water, fertilizer, and aeration to get your lawn looking perfect again.

Flower Pots

Placing a few flower pots on your porch adds a small touch that goes a long way.  However, consider using clean pots that match each other. Instead of using grandmas old pot or a dollar store find, opt for clean terracota pot found at your local hardware store.
