Penquins In The House!!!
I was viewing a listing on our MLS last night and the Listing Agent onlyÂ entered two pictures into his listing.Â The second picture was of the dinette table. The first picture was of THREE PENQUINS!Â What was that Agent thinking when he posted the pictures and what would the Sellers say ifÂ knew? Â In today's world 94% of buyers are on-line looking for properties and the first thing that they do is look at the pictures. We, as Real Estate Agents/Realtors, know this but I am dumbfounded by how many listings have no pictures or pictures that have nothing to do with the property itself.Â If there are no pictures potentential Buyers will move on to the next property.Â I also find that manyÂ Agents do drive bys-with the camera hanging out the car window or go into other AgentsÂ listings in the MLS and copy and paste pictures to use in their listing.Â Every Seller needs to ask their Listing Agent for a copy of the listing including the pictures.Â Also,Â Sellers shouldÂ go to some of these real estate websites, such as Trulia and Zillow,Â and check the listing to see how other people are viewing it. Cameras are inexpensive and almost everyone has a phone with a camera in it.Â So, there is no excuse not to have good pictures in every listing.Â
