Monroe CT Real Estate Market Report April 2012

Monroe CT real estate sales for April 2012 WENT UP 50% compared to April 2011 sales and were up 15% from last month.

List and sales prices decreased 22% and 21% from April 2011, but homes were selling a bit more quickly with a 34% decrease in market time.

Moving forward into May , there are 19 houses under deposit and 17 homes under contract.
