There is still time to cash in on the $8000 tax credit in Monmouth County NJ

1.4 million Americans have already claimed their $8,000 tax credit.  The clock is ticking for you… new contracts should to be fully executed by October 15, 2009 and the sale must close by November 30, 2009.  Want to beat the rush and make sure the Thanksgiving holiday-related office closings or abbreviated schedules do not interfere with the process?  Finalize a purchase on or before November 20th, 2009.

There are bills submitted to Congress asking to extend the life of the First-Time Homebuyer tax credit program, however, no evidence is showing favorably for the extension.  Interest rates are low and affordability is high in Asbury Park, Long Branch, and Red Bank, NJ.  These are affordable Jersey Shore locales!  There is no time to lose.
