Corcoran also has the next priciest listing, this one for a $19.9 million townhouse located at 131 East 64th Street in Lenox Hill. The listing agents are Carrie Chiang and Richard Phan. The 8,260-square-foot, six-story home comes with eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. It stands 20 feet wide and, according to the listing, was recently renovated. The home also boasts 1,150 square feet of exterior space with two terraces and a roof garden. There’s also a spa area featuring a swimming pool and massage room.

Head uptown to Inwood for the week’s cheapest listing, which Valon Nikci and Ariot Myrtaj of Link NY have for a $180,000 ask. Located at 70 Park Terrace East, this studio co-op has hardwood flooring and comes move-in ready, according to the listing. The home measures 450 square feet.

The next cheapest listing is located farther downtown at 5 Tudor City Place in Murray Hill. The home, which has a $242,500 asking price, is also a studio co-op. Ronald Webster at Tudor Realty has the listing for the unit, which has hardwood floors and high ceilings, according to the listing.
