Eva Penson has the listing for the five-bedroom, five-floor home, which boasts details of marble and onyx bedrooms, a fourth-floor terrace and a wood-paneled library, to name a few of the features. Bathroom count and total square footage were not mentioned in the listing.
Susanne Columbia and Todd Vitolo at the Corcoran Group have the listing for the next priciest home — also a townhouse — to hit the Manhattan market this week. Located at 250 West 10th Street in the West Village, the home has an $11.4 million asking price. The listing details antique milled hardwood floors, a double-wide living room and some fame, as the listing says the home was featured as an Elle Décor cover story. Square footage was not mentioned. There are three bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Head uptown to the Metropolitan Tower Condominium at 146 West 57th Street for the next most expensive listing: a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom condo unit that has an asking price of $9.99 million. The week’s least expensive listing is a $125,000 co-op home located at 546 West 156th Street in Hamilton Heights. Francine Canion at Canion Investment Group has the listing for the two-bedroom, one-bathroom home, which mentions the unit is renovated. Square footage was not listed.
